VitAI builds software with artificial intelligence applied to documents, files and processes. We work with institutions, public agencies and companies that need to turn the information they already have into something they can use.
01 · How we work
Three things we always do.
We start from the problem
Before proposing a solution, we assess what information you have and what you need to do with it. The answer is often simpler than expected, and saying so is part of the job.
We test on real material
The work always starts with a sample of your own documents or data, never a demo case. If the result doesn't meet the need, both sides know before committing to a budget.
We assess feasibility honestly
If a case can't be properly solved with what we do, we say so and, when possible, point toward alternatives. A poorly framed project costs more than not doing it.
02 · Experience
What we know how to do.
The team has worked in document processing since 2022, on handwritten, typewritten and printed material, in several languages and in different states of conservation.
The accumulated experience spans the transcription of historical and administrative documentation, the extraction of structured data from unstructured documents, and the development of the tools needed to bring that information into each organization's systems.
